REAL ESTATE TAX BILLS:
Every parcel owner in Nockamixon Township should be receiving 2 real estate tax bills. The County & Municipal real estate tax bill is mailed in March and the Palisades School District real estate tax bill is mailed in July. If you are not receiving your tax bills, please contact Linda Mirales-Moran as your address may be incorrect and will need to be updated with Bucks County.

April 30th Discount Due Date
June 30th Face Due Date
After June 30th Penalty Due
Palisades School District Real Estate Tax Bill:
August 31st Discount & First Installment Due Date
October 31st Face & Second Installment Due Date
After October 31st Penalty Due
December 15th Third Installment Due Date
After December 15th: Only Bank/Certified Checks are accepted for payment of All real estate tax bills.
December 31st: Liens will be filed for All unpaid real estate tax bills.

- Mail your check to PO Box 148 Revere, PA 18953
- Come in person to the Nockamixon Township Building on the days listed on the tax bills.
- Pay by Credit/Debit Card
CREDIT/DEBIT PAYMENT INFORMATION:

A Convenience Fee of 2.5% will be charged for using the credit/debit option.

Checks will be processed upon receipt. Postdated checks will not be held.
Please complete the contact information found on the back of the bill. (If there’s a problem with your check, every attempt will be made to contact you by phone or email before the check is returned to you.)
USPS: The postal system continues to have issues that impact residents. Please do not wait until the last days before the tax bill is due to mail your payment. It is a gamble that it will arrive in a timely manner with an acceptable USPS postmark.
If you wait until the last week, bring your envelope into the post office, and request the clerk to postmark your envelope.
Do not place your envelopes in the outside blue mailboxes. Post Offices no longer sort mail in the outside boxes and the mail goes directly to a distribution center for sorting.
Police Departments have warned the public not to use the outside mailboxes as there is an ongoing problem with thieves stealing the mail.
